Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Standard delivery time is approximately 4–7 days after dispatch. Delays possible due to weather, holidays, or billing issues.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please check your email inbox and tracking information, then contact us. We will do our best to help you receive your tent as quickly as possible so you can start your camping adventure.
